According to FUN By-laws, in addition to paying dues, to become a FUN member you must also submit a written application to the FUN Secretary. This requirement is fulfilled by completing the FUN Information Form located on the FUN Website. (Organizational Members should complete the FUN Information Form for Organizations.)

Please submit a FUN Info Form whenever your membership information changes. Information gathered from this form is the official source of member contact information and will be posted on the FUN Membership Directory (unless you request that it not be posted). If possible, please include the "Order Number" from your FUN Dues Payment receipt.
